Marathon Paced Run

Weather: hot and sunny

Comments:
This was the first workout that Dolan had us do. The first two miles were relaxed, around 5:50 pace. I chilled out for the first 6 miles since the entire pack was still together. After six miles, the pack started to thin a little and the front pack started to speed up. The last mile or so, I finished off with Sharkey. I felt great the entire run. Considering the long runs that I completed over the summer, this run was nothing special. I'm looking forward to the workout we have on Tuesday.
