this was all at once but i split this into two parts here because i was curious what the pace was for the first part before i forced myself to slow down.

really wasn't in the mood to run at all today, and i just started fast. i felt decent for most of the time i was going fast and eventually slowed down because my side was really hurting. wasn't really expecting the second part to be as fast as it ended up being. still not the greatest day really, but it turned out better than i was thinking it would.
