ran again today, had to do it around dinnertime because of stuff happening, including mowing the lawn, which didnt help too much with my legs feeling rested. but despite all that, i thought i ran rather well. did a 1-mile-ish loop down to kpels hours and up the hill and on the way back dropped my shirt off at home (its was mad hot with a shirt on), then did a little over a 5 mile loop down to DQ then back on asylum street. felt pretty darn good too, only stopped once because of being rly tired and needing to pee. i am pretty ashamed of that but it is the summer after all. mileage rounded down from 6.3 to just 6
