went to PT, legs felt fine, cause I hadnt done anything...

2.35 WU, felt fine, threw in surges at like 1.3 and 1.8.

stretched me out, felt a lil weird but whatever.

everything was good overall, need to remember to slow down and not pump out excercises

ice and such

plank really hurt cause I worked really hard on the ab crunch on ball thing, dont like doing planks second, but will think about it, it might be good.
