Comments:
run with kenny in the DARK at night,
FELT SO SORE, i think it was the lunges that got to me, they always do. Dunno what I need to do to help my legs recover faster, maybe get some sort of drink thingy?
run felt really comfortable so it was prob slow. thought we had gone a lil further than we did, mainly because we were running a long time, but we were just going slow.
was like 46:00, did a lot of stretching and stuff after the run, FR.
ate a lil, pullups
