pretty much ate it once Alex, Kamron, and I turned around. hopefully feeling like shit now means tapering will be that much sweeter. gotta have a good race sometime to keep racing, though...
oh yeah, I ran a 6 mile tempo averaging 5:47's relatively easier about 6 weeks ago. sweet
