Ran with a big group of punks, through Goya and two mins out with Ishstar. Ran back with Ishstar and it felt pretty good, still sore from the core and gym and junk.

Other than that, I found out today that these two weeks are prep weeks for the real summer training to begin, so I've got one week till shit hits the fan. I'll be doing 3 week cycles of hell, should be...fun??
