so since I still can't really run I've started to lift.
I also have started to bike/elliptical but I get really bored and can't really make myself go for too long. I really really want to start running again, but I did a test run the other day and two steps in my hip was hurting and I was limping.
I am still sad about nationals. and not getting the outdoor record. but its getting better. i want to start running again so I can redeem myself for how terribly my season ended, but i have a feeling that if i start running anytime soon then same thing is going to happen next year when im running for OSU.
