hot run at the park

Weather: sunny and humid

Comments:
need to start running at the park more often. lots of hot chicks to keep me motivated. not to mention i can always feel more refreshed before and after which allows me to run farther and faster. hip was sore the first lap, rubbed it out as best i could and it didn't bother me anymore.
