Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
run in the morning with david and kenny.
Felt really sluggish, cause we ran last night as well.
started at MLK race start. ran to fairland and back. stopped to stretch at Coach G parking lot.
stopped at fairland for a while, took shortcut back. and walked from end of shortcut to bridge. than walked once up that hill. ran all the way back.
It was ok for what it was.
