ran with alec tricia anthony and ttea. we went down to the east pit and ran around down there, and then over by the overlook drive route, but insteas of going up the grass hill, we went around the neighborhood and came back through the east pit. the run felt pretty good, but i feel like i need to start doing some long runs because they are taking more out of me then they should. i think i will probably start doing doiuble sessions once in a while. and hopefully we can get a running meeting planning some running group events during the summer. i also am looking into the five finger shoes. ive done some research on them and it really seems like something that could be good, especially because it might make my heel problem go away for good. pretty much the five fingers make you run correctly so you dont get hurt as easily, as long as you get used to them before running in them a lot.
