Sleeping In

Took the extra hour of sleep today...ran after work. Definitely worth it, felt much more awake.

10 x 300 Mayfield hill with Carter and Chicago Chris. Felt good, most of them were in 68-70...a couple were at 64. They were the two that I led, go figure.
