right as i went outside it started thundering. so i waited but it kept thundering. figuring the weather wasnt too safe to run in i did the elliptical for 35 minutes. really really really need to get back in a rythem, the past few days have been a bit all over the place in terms of training. oodles of strength stuff after to make up for the not running (crunches, pushups, clams, supermen, ball, weights, lunges, stretchy etc)
