Long Intervals

Weather: 90 degrees and humid

Comments:
Long intervals in blazing heat.... 2x2 mile at a little slower than 5k then a mile at the same pace. First one was 10:54, through the mile in 5:24. Didn't feel great couldn't really ease into it. Second one, however, felt a lot smoother and more relaxed. Through the mile in 5:19 and was on pace for 10:40 until 2 laps to go, kinda broke down and went 10:51. The mile was on that tilden course, it was something like 5:17 but i kept going an extra 200 finishing in 5:51. Tough workout
