Went out for a 40/60 run this evening @ 5PM.. the weather was brutal and my run was not much better. ran 5 total with miles 3 and 4 done with a 40/60 run.. 40 seconds @ mile race pace and 60 seconds @ down pace (8:00 Pace) covering 400 meters in 1:40 or 6:40 pace per mile.. did an easy warmup and cooldown.. green belt east to horse fork soccer fields and around the lake on the wood chip trail.
