went to PT, legs felt pretty sore from yesterday. Knew I needed to FM, but had an ice bath waiting at home.

"Long and fucking tiring, but great day. Work for 8 hours with cool kids =p. Talked to some new cool kids, thanks :). Had a fucking baller sandwich. Pwned Rubix cube on ride home. 2 hours of PT/Strength work and than run afterwards. Saw upside down on fire car. Epic Ice Bath. Apple, Chipotle, Mahi-mahi, Pasta, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice cream. Rest Time."

WU run made my calves feel a lil tight, but did lots of pro-stretch. did abs, they felt ok, added this new lower ab thing that felt really weird but I could feel the burn, a lil.

Leg stuff was fine pretty much, felt a lil sluggish. FM felt good.

Jog after was really slow but im glad I did it. stretched and than went home to Ice bath. Wasnt as cold as I would like, there was no stinging. But i used all 5 tupperware so...

legs physcially were cold to touch after.
