two legs on platformup and over crunches
oneleg under, one leg over - up and overs
reverse legs
both legs on again
one leg straight up, elbow to opposite knee, reverse
plank down to hold and stretch forward, repeat 3x
from staggered legs,dumbbell lift to curl to shoulder press, hammer curl down to floor, repeat 15x, walk through and repeat with other leg staggered
one pushup on platform, walk out to floor, one pushup, walk up to platform, do two pushups walk out to floor, two pushups
smith machine pullups - 8 underhand, 8 staggered, 8 staggered the other way, 8 overhand no thumbs
T pushups on dumbbells to upward fly (15 lbs)
lying tricep cable presses, 20 pounds to 40 pounds to T pushups again to lying cable presses to bench dips
red bands - overhead tricep presses to failure right into biceps curls
