Felt wayyyyyy better today. Ran slow and by myself except for about a 2 mile stretch with natalia. Felt great and took it really easy. Overall much better day and will hopefully get a longish run in tomorrow because i didnt get one in when camping due to soreness.

On another note I saw a penguin studying biochemistry by shaker lakes park... OK I am overtired, bed time.
