Weather: 50s but MEGA humid

Comments:
Woke up, got ready, and drove to work, running from there. Today was "AT day" but I was VERY TIRED. Slogged through the warm-up and did 4 reluctant strides. ALMOST bagged it because my back felt like SHIT from the 200s last night, but it was too nice, so I went for it.

Again, did not look at the watch 'til the end, going on feel. First couple felt more relaxed than last week, but the 3rd mile was the usual annoyance.

Splits: 5:36, 5:40, 5:24

Dunno where that last mile came from; it didn't feel fast.
