about 9:45, decided to do a fartlek today, warmed up on my route and then did a half hour of 2 on 1 off, went a full 3 on the 10th set.

felt pretty good really and didn't feel too much discomfort until the end of the 8th one, and i think only there because it was uphill at the end. i'm wanting to run a road race saturday but i have to work friday night/saturday morning plus go in 4 hours early on sunday so idk if i'll end up running it or not.
