Weather: hot and humid

Comments:
xc with the guys again, it was mad hot. we did 2 nature loops and ran down to the track to do a bit of a tiny little workout. just jog a hundred, start picking it up around the first curve after the finish line, even more pick up for the back straightaway, walk the last curve. we did 4 of those and then a little break, then 4 more. didnt go too well for the new guys. the run back was killer for im not sure what reason, maybe lavallee and apps were goin a bit fast? not sure. felt pretty good tho, even if i did want to die at the end. didnt time the miles on the track, not sure why, so the pace is wayy off, and the milease is still a complete guess
