Comments:
ran after work again at my house. it wasn't as hot as yesterday but there were also a lot less clouds. my quads were pretty tight but i don't stretch too well on my own, so that likely contributed to it plus their usually tight when i start up running again. meeting mizer (soon to be junior in high school, who was my best friend on the team pretty much) at the high school tomorrow for a run.
