Weather: warm and humid

Comments:
Thought I got up early enough to avoid the heat but got plenty enough of it even at 6am. A very hilly course led me to walk 1/2 mile starting at around mile 6.5. Achilles pain throughout, but not bad after the first 1 mile. Didn't take water as I planned on buying along the way....surprise the liquor/convenience stores downtown don't open before 8am. So, a long, sweaty, thirsty run.
