long run into corning alone

Weather: gloomy/cloudy but calm

Comments:
i was going to take today of and run tomorrow, but instead i ran today and am going to take tomorrow off and start again monday. i went on a run alone to corning and i went to mrket street and that was about 4.7 miles and i felt very good, and on the way back my legs started to get pretty heavy but i still felt good for the most part. after the run i stretched, did heels,toes, outside inside excersize, then the pushup/crawl to a stretching position exesize, then the push-off jumps, then 4 laps barefoot around my backyard (i didnt count that as any mileage) then i took my bike down to the pond and went swimming.
