Comments:
I felt surprisingly good this morning. It is often difficult for me to run quickly so early. Ran 5:22, 5:24, 5:13. 1 minute recovery between each interval. Did the miles on my 800 meter neighborhood loop which has a pretty good size hill on it. Really pushed the last lap. I feel so much better compared to how I felt about a week ago.
