Comments:
Easy day, run around flower hill and one of Ryan's loops. Felt ok. Then did drills then 4 striders. Then did 3x50 abs 2x20pushups and 1x25 pushups. So far so good. Finished about 49miles this week. Goal for next week is 54miles.
