Weather: According to weather.com-"96 degrees. feels like 102"
Comments:
decided to do a different route, down resevoir towards running company area around that neighborhood, down and up the excorsist steps and back up to macarthur then to q then to foxhall. overall a solid run, some hills and stairs thrown in. had to stop around the 23 minute mark to fix bandage on foot for about 2 minutes. excited for summer running!
crunches, planks, clams, supermen, leg strengthening after!
