wow. I fucked all of the dates up by a week so I am fixing it now by putting this one on the correct date. I woke up this morning and ran for 25 minutes up north park, and did a $h*t load of quad exercises. Mostly walls sits while clenching a ball in between ur legs (to force my vmo to flex). I noticed that my last week started on tuesday so, I am only .5 of a mile short which i will make up in the next week by running 25 minutes tomorrow.
