Fairly long warm-up. A1s: 3000 in 11:15 and 10:40; 1000 in 3:28 and 3:29. Felt pretty good throughout, save for my toe, which is about to lose its nail, I think. Then 4X200; these felt really long...Feeling okay, could definitely use an easy run.
