Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
run at RNJ, five mile group, was suppose to be a small group turns out everyone did 5 lol, but there was top group and not top group.

I went top group with some Churchill kids and kenny and devin.

Not much to say about run, most of the run was like 7:20-7:30. the last bit back lagged.

felt decent, first bit felt like AT, and the way back legs got a lil heavy but not terrible.

got to get used to the speed?

was very hot and humid. everyone was drenched.
knee hurt a lil at beginning, like inside knee not the fall.

did core with palmer, he's wtf lol
