slept: 1-7:15

9:30: english muffin-wasnt good today needed more honey
11:45- pesto tortilini - was pretty good, didnt cook it right, left me jittery
3:00- chicken melt on rye- yum yum
6:00- had a few cups of water before run, and had drunk throughout the day. still wasnt enough water.
8:30- ate kashi bar, mouth got really dry while eating it on the way home. also had an APPLE
9:30-shrimp scampi, was ok, very buttery, i was full but not in a satisfying way.
