Weather: 68, 83% humidity when i left home, amazing
Comments:
i was kind of tired from the windy bike ride to grant, and decided to leave my watch with the bike. had problems with my foot/shoe early on, almost scrapped the whole run a quarter mile in but made an adjustment. i experimented and my foot doesn't hurt when i run more on my forefoot. unfortunately, when i tried to do this with both feet, my right leg told me very quickly to stop. as a result, i ran most of this with my left foot landing more on the forefoot than the right. needless to say, i don't think this is a good thing and is probably something i need to get fixed asap. i really don't know what to do though, as my foot hurts running normally regardless of how i tie/arrange my shoe. boo.
6 barefoot strides on the football field after, followed by abs and pushups on the track and stretching after my ride home.
