Good workout today. I felt really good in general. A bit sore in the thighs from doing lunges on Tuesday. I ran with Dave which was good. He's good at challenging and motivating, especially in the last few intervals. I couldn't do an extended cool down because I was in a hurry to make it to an SI Chemistry session. My mileage might not make 40 again this week. But the important thing is that I'm feeling good.
