ran with k-pel finally, just a nice easy jog since he had run this morning and i was feelin hurt from yesterday and all. got new showe finally, same old brooks beasts tho, just have to break them in really. really sore from the workout/massage yesterday tho, better stretch out a ton. hopefully i actually get to that cause kevin was talkin about goin to a gym tomorrow with me and doing some real lifting and running. i have a bad feeling itll be rly intense, so i guess ill have to see how that goes.
