10x300 Hill Repeats (with Carter)
cooldown: Mayfield to Euclid to Cornell to Murray Hill to Mayfield to Euclid to Circle to Adelbert, up North Park to Grandview, back North Park to Soberlook (alone)

My knee was testy right when I started and toward the end of the cooldown but was fine for the repeats. Carter and I talked a lot more during the workout than usual. I felt a little more anaerobically tired than usual, though it might just be that my stomach was upset. All in all, I enjoyed this workout and the beautiful weather.
