run before PT, was kinda thinking i would go for 5/ if i felt good

ran down to path and than satellite kicked in, after much delay

the way out was fine, no anything, was kinda boring though, 6 by myself... blahhh, was a lil stop and go on the way out, didnt know where I was and such.

way back was dehyrdated but the running wasnt THAT difficult, but it certainly was tempo pace.

came back and drank tons of water, see weights for more
