came back and drank all the water in the world.

prostretch a bunch, was a lil sore, I think i might have used my stick, not really sure lol

noidea on order but this is what i did,

one leg wall squat, 2x10 per leg
squats on Bosu, 2x15
plank on bosu -3x1 min
stool scoot 10m x4
side stepping with resistance band 10m x2
ab crunches on ball, 4x20
ball walkouts with leg lift, 4x5 per leg
reverse crunches, 2x50
Val slides, 10 per leg, forward and side to side

clamshell and other hip thing, 3lbs
2x15



at night did abs, want to do abs every night, just not finding hard enough stuff, i recover too fast and not getting as toned as I want:

20 V ups
tried some butterfly crunches and was like this is dumb
10 bicycles, where I had to hit my knee with my arms
10 v ups

maybe something else.
