went ok I guess, Jon needed some shoes and shorts, kenny canceled.
Got there early sat around on the car. Did some incline pushups/plank

run started, just ran my pace and let everyone go.

Just happened to be with the girls and said sure I'll run with them, ended up with Camille
went 7:55, than 1.83 at 14:53 when she turned around. I wanted to hit 2 miles before turning back, so i told her I would catch up.

she didnt slow down so it was rough on the way back, dumb and I shouldnt have done it but whatever, I got close when coming up to the store, but she dropped the hammer and i was like wtf...

got back and did 6 strides
