Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
20 minute warm-up, 5x5 min's at 8k pace. Felt a little worn out early on, but didn't get much worse as the workout progress. Figure it was around 5:20 pace based on where we were finished on the mile loop. Surprise all-out 1000 at the end. Hit 2:55, but it was a bit short since a flag was missing. 20 minute cool down.
