Comments:
goal pace was 77 with 30 sec recovery. Ran 75, 77, 75, 77, 76, 77, 74, 64. There were some guys running a 200 on the track I think from a wrestling team that I kicked by on my last 400. Gave me a little too much motivation. Felt pretty good.
