12.9 miles to elgin and back, satarting about 8:15 or so. didn't run again because coach told me i should probably take it easy again to let my legs recover. they're hurting from my idiotic experiment the other day. oops. i think i may have figured out my shoe problem when i noticed that only one of the laces was going through the tongue, hopefully putting the other one in will allow me to run again. almost thinking about doubling tomorrow but probably not going to. running with jeff at highbanks tomorrow evening.
