Comments:
4:30 meeting. its been getting hotter as the week went on, but it still seems to be getting easier on the runs, as my legs are stretching and getting back to speed. still no josh running with us, his calf has been hurting. coach mizicko's back from vacation as well, so i may be able to get in lifting at the high school but maybe not.
