Comments:
Heel was a bit throbby last night whilst shopping, but was fine in the AM. No tightness, no discomfort, really at all.

Went to class early, then went straight to the REC. Would've like 24hr of rest, but I had to knock this out early.

Did 30 on the ex bike, lifted, then went upstairs to run again. Didn't wear the heel sleeve, just to see how it would feel.

Overall, it didn't feel quite as good today. Felt OK to start, but got progressively "tighter", though thankfully I never felt that characteristic "rope around the tendon" feeling from when I first got hurt. I considered myself a bit lucky to get through that mile -- just didn't feel great. Still progress, though.

Circuits, then hit home. 160 today, well-hydrated.
