Yoga on the Lake

Comments:
First time every going to an actual yoga class. Different yoga poses have been incorporated into different stretches that I've done post run for years, but I've never linked them together like this. The class was extremely challenging for me. But it was also very rewarding. It gives a complete core workout and stretches almost every muscle group. I absolutely loved it!
