after run, stretch, FM,Stick

pull ups:
Min 30 sec rest
FULL EXTENSION
10x chin ups, wasnt easy
10x straight arm, was pressing at 10
8x pullups, just died, wasnt happy but whatever


P90,
was pretty hard, phifer sizzors, cross leg sit ups, any hip flexor stuff was hard

oh well, really rough week of training
