Weather: Sunny, warm, and muggy.

Home, La Brea, Suspiro, Petra, Sultana, Addicks Clodine, full bayou trail and back

A Red eared slider on the trail, White mushrooms growing beside the trail, and a Blue sky, decent long run for this Independence Day, got some slight stitches in my core region but they went away, saw Mr. Bickford out edging and Mrs. Castillo walking her dogs along with the usual crowd, stretch, crunches.
