started with peter, but that was a bad idea as I felt tired from the start and he ran his first mile in 6:08. should have added on at the end, but I was just feeling tired. I'll do 4 more at the Y tonight probably. Heat wave is coming. it's supposed to be 100 tues, wed, thurs. this sucks.
