I didnt really have a goal set, but i did want to make sure i didnt loose Kristina which i did accomplish.
haha.
I wish i would have saved up more energy during the first mile because i was having a really hard time getting myself to keep going.
Im happy that i finished the race in about the same time as last time, other than that im pretty sure i raced a lot better (or felt a lot better) durring our first meet, but i only had a 9sec difference?
First mile i felt ok, but i wish i would have slowed down and just kept a normal, but fast pace instead of what i did.
Second mile i started feeling really tired and was feeling like it was never going to end.
Third mile i felt horible and when i started to see the finish i got a little motivated to go faster . on the track when we were finishing i passed one girl which felt really good!
But after the race was over, i felt great!
