Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Called up Steele to run and he said him and Hal already had plans to run but I should join. Right now Hal is hurt and for whatever reason he only runs barefoot on grass. I didn't really feel like arguing whether or not that was the best idea, but I joined them for 5 miles on Bierman's infield with shoes on. Ran a few miles before I got there and then did 40 minutes on the grass, switching directions every mile or so. My god did this suck. Not only are my legs now trashed from running 40 minutes on wet soggy grass but it was so monotonous. The half mile back home on pavement felt pretty shitty. Never doing that again.
