Weather: amazingly perfect for running

I was thinking "OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" when you desribed the workout. But it turned out to be fun. I liked it a lot. The first 200 was a little hard on me but then I just got used to it and I really liked it. I felt really good that practice. I had a lot of energy and I was looking foward to the meet. And ultimate frisbee was fun too.
